We help midsized companies and growing enterprises decide where AI pays off, secure it, connect it to the systems they already run, and train their people to use it. Business strategy grounded in Kellogg School of Management research, enterprise-grade engineering and security, and AI systems we run in production every day.
Leaders answer eight business questions for a readiness score, a score for each area, and a 30-day action list your team can start on its own. IT and security leads can add eight technical questions for a deeper result.
For leaders. Enough for your score and action list.
Start with one, or combine them. Each has a clear scope and a defined result you keep.

A typical first engagement. We agree the scope, price and success measure in writing before any build starts.
Every system here was designed, built and is operated by our team. We use on ourselves what we recommend to you.
Built and operated by Pedagogix for our sister company, Sawhney Enterprises. Its AI Radar tells leadership teams where to invest in AI, how much, and how far their programs have come, across twelve areas of the business. Companion radars cover growth, innovation and mission. Includes organizations and invitations, AI scoring and long-form reports, search across uploaded material and subscription billing.
What it shows: we turn business strategy into working AI software, and we can start your engagement with the same tool.
radarsuite.aiAI-native business simulations used in business school classes. It runs in production and connects to universities' learning platforms over LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability), carrying live class traffic every day. AI features stay off until a customer switches them on.
What it shows: systems people rely on during working hours, integrated with the platforms they already use.
pedagogix.ai/platforms/simsA platform for learning, assessment and AI-assisted grading, with editions for higher education, K-12 schools and executive education. The AI answers from each customer's own documents, each customer's data is walled off from every other, and each edition runs in its own cloud project.
What it shows: multi-tenant AI with strict data separation, the approach a company needs for its own documents.
pedagogix.ai/platforms/pedagogix-osAnswers visitors from what the website says, every day, around the clock. It says it is an AI, never quotes a company price, and saves a new lead as soon as a visitor gives their details.
What it shows: a customer-facing assistant that stays inside the rules you set.
Try it on pedagogix.aiAnswers the company phone line, says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, answers questions from approved facts, and logs the caller for follow-up by the right person.
What it shows: voice AI connected to the same facts, rules and lead records as the website.
Call (877) 367-1998 to hear itOur own operations run on AI agents that research prospects from public sources with a link for every fact, draft emails and replies, sort incoming email, watch competitors and plan each day. They connect to CRM, Microsoft 365 mail, LinkedIn and Google Analytics through their APIs (application programming interfaces).
What it shows: agents that prepare the work, with a person approving before anything is sent, posted or spent.
Internal system, shown on requestWe run AI agents in our own operations every day. You get advice proven in production first.
Enterprise IT and cybersecurity discipline. Controls come before features, and your IT team can check every one.
Kellogg faculty insight keeps every project tied to a measurable business result.
We work alongside your IT team. You own the code, the connectors and the data. No lock-in.
These run in our own systems now. Your IT team can audit each one.
We match the tools you already run. With Microsoft 365 we work inside Entra ID (Microsoft's sign-in and access service) and your existing security policies. Connectors run in your own cloud account wherever possible.
Common starting points. We confirm the right ones with you in the assessment.
Every industry shares a few uses: an assistant that answers from your own documents, AI that drafts emails and reports for a person to approve, sales and marketing operations, and internal IT and HR (human resources) help.
A defined scope, timeline, price and success measure, agreed in writing before work starts. Best for the assessment and for each new build.
A set number of days each month from a senior AI leader, for companies that want steady direction without a full-time hire.
A monthly plan to monitor, maintain and improve the AI systems we built together, with a results review each month.

No. We connect AI to the systems you already run. Replacing systems is rarely the fastest way to a payoff.
We use business AI services whose terms keep your data out of model training, we keep sensitive fields out of the model where we can, and we document exactly what goes where so your IT team can approve it.
We train a private AI model on your data and run it in your own cloud account or on your own servers. The data and the model stay under your control, and nothing goes to an outside AI provider.
You do. The code, connectors, prompts and documentation are yours, and they run in your own accounts wherever possible.
No. We work alongside your IT team, and we hand over the runbooks and training they need to run everything after launch.
The assessment takes two to three weeks. A first working system typically follows within one quarter of the first meeting.
Yes. We staff each engagement to its scope and timeline, and a senior architect leads it from the first meeting to launch.
